Lakeview Park Inc. is located on the very west end of Balsam Lake in Polk County, WI and is host to two separate communities. One is our Campground/RV Park which is open May – September. The second is our Senior (55+) Mobile Home Retirement Community which is open year round. Please click on the specific park for more information.
Balsam Lake Area Attractions: We are located near many attractions in the area, if you feel the need to venture out. There are golf courses, the Gandy Dancer bike trail, casinos, wineries, movie theaters, and some muskie lakes as well.
Balsam Lake Activities: We have excellent fishing here on Balsam Lake. There are many other smaller lakes within 5 miles of Lakeview. Fishing for bass, northern pike, walleye, and panfish is supurb. Waterskiing and boating are just a few other things you can do on the lakes.

We have 64 seasonal campsites and 11 short-term campsites for you to enjoy. Lakeview Park is a campground and RV Park located in Balsam Lake, Polk County, WI.
Our History
In 1915, Lydia Anderson Gustafson registered the current property, which was a farm, as Lakeview. She operated the farm until the fall of 1947, when Elroyd & Hilda Sprague purchased the property.
Senior Park
You don’t have to be retired to join our community. Lakeview Retirement Community / Senior Park is a 55+ mobile home community with 40 lots, open year round and located on the beautiful west end of Balsam Lake, Polk County WI.
